Supporting the U-M Science Olympiad

UMSO is a completely student-run organization, with both Science Olympiad alumni and those new to Science Olympiad aiding in everything from writing and proctoring event tests, to volunteering on competition day, and coordinating tournament logistics. Our tournaments feature rigorous, high-quality tests that take place in the world-class facilities of the University of Michigan.

We aim to bring a challenging, exciting, and motivating event to students in Michigan and the rest of the nation. Each year, we host 1200+ students from high schools and middle schools across the country. We are grateful to the organizations and University departments who generously contributed over $10,000 collectively in 2024 in support for student-run STEM education!
